Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WSCP® Certified service (“Service”) provided by Neutraly (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The WSCP® Certified program includes the following:

  • Annual support for verified carbon projects through your subscription.

  • Issuance of a digital certificate and public listing.

  • Use of the WSCP® Certified badge on your site.

This is an annual subscription service that must be renewed each year.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to all individuals and organizations. There are currently no restrictions based on website type, location, or industry.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The certification is billed on an annual basis.

  • We do not offer refunds, free trials, or promotional discounts.

  • Renewal requires payment of the applicable annual fee. Subscription plans may change based on updated website data.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during signup and renewal.

  • Update your data if there are significant changes (e.g. traffic, hosting).

If we determine that data is falsified or misleading:

  • We may deny or revoke your certification.

  • You will not receive a refund.

  • You are responsible for covering any processing or project-support costs already incurred.

5. Certification Validity and Renewal

  • Certification is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

  • You must renew annually to maintain active certification.

  • Neutraly may revoke certification if your website violates applicable state laws or if you submit false data.

6. Badge and Branding

  • You are authorized to display the WSCP® Certified badge on your site.

  • At present, there are no restrictions on how you link back to Neutraly or use our logo.

Neutraly reserves the right to introduce brand usage guidelines in the future.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We collect and process information about your website and organization to perform carbon calculations and issue certification.

  • Certified websites may be listed publicly on Neutraly.net and related materials.

8. Termination and Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your certification without refund if:

  • You provide false or misleading information.

  • Your site is found in violation of applicable laws.

  • You fail to comply with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neutraly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for service disruptions due to war, natural disasters, third-party failures (e.g., hosting or domain providers), or other events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under Vietnamese jurisdiction.
